UMI Firmware specializes in digital products. Because digital goods are immediately accessible and can be copied, we maintain a strict no‑refund policy after purchase.

All Sales Are Final

  • No refunds for digital files, firmware, software, dongle-related resources, or online/remote services once delivered or accessed.
  • No refunds for compatibility issues where minimum requirements were not met or device conditions differ from the documentation.
  • No refunds if a tool or file does not achieve a specific outcome on a particular device scenario; results can vary by device state, region, bootloader version, or prior modifications.

Limited Exceptions

  • Duplicate Orders/Charges: If you were charged twice for the same product, we will review and refund the duplicate.
  • Technical Delivery Failure: If we cannot provide access due to an error on our systems and cannot reasonably resolve it, we will issue a refund.
  • Legal Obligations: If a specific law in your jurisdiction grants a mandatory refund right, we will comply.
