Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing UMI Firmware. We provide digital downloads, software utilities, and technical documentation for mobile device servicing. To protect the integrity of our digital products and prevent abuse, we maintain a strict cancellation policy.

One‑Time Purchases (Digital Files & Software)

All one‑time purchases are final. Once a file, license key, or download link has been delivered, your order cannot be canceled or refunded. Digital goods cannot be “returned,” and access cannot be verified after delivery.

Subscriptions (If Offered)

If we offer subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Your current paid period will remain active until it ends. We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for any remaining time in a billing cycle.

Pre‑Orders

Pre‑orders for upcoming tools or files may be canceled before delivery. After delivery (or early access is granted), cancellations and refunds are not available.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid digital delivery violates our Terms of Service. We provide delivery logs and access records to payment processors to resolve disputes.

Legal Requirements

Where local laws mandate a right to cancel or refund, we will comply with the applicable law. In all other cases, cancellations and refunds are not permitted after digital delivery.
